So glad my Dr told me about these for my constipation caused by medications. I hated all other laxatives as the cramping,sweats and having to stay by a toilet all day proved to be a huge pain in the tooshie (no pun intended!) These must make "going" A LOT easier without the side effects or the diarrhea issues. Has made my life so much better!! And it's not full of harsh chemicals-- Price is great too!!! Will buy again!!

These work great. Just take one or half of one when you go to bed at night. Starts working the next morning and is not harsh at all.

This is a good product. It works great and is easy to take. Very cost effective compared to other laxative products.

This brand was close to Senokot;but not as good. Like many people on medication, regularity can be difficult . Senokot is expensive and a cheaper alternative is something worth trying. Unfortunately,it didn't work as well and I went back to what works for me.

I have used the same method and it works great for me !!
