I’ve had these floss bands for almost a year now, and they’re fantastic! They do exactly what they’re meant to do, and I use them for various joint or muscle pain. Help with join mechanics and sports performance. What I love even more is that they come with a bag, making it easy to take them with me wherever I go. If you’re looking for quality bands without breaking the bank, these are definitely worth it. Durable! Highly recommend!

After a pretty intense foot surgury, the swelling, per my PT, was not in check. After ensuring, all was medically kosher, he recommended this band. Used the red one only. Nightly routine of ice and this wrap (5 minute) session, put swelling in check, helping the healing process move forward.

One of the things that really helps compression (floss) bands work really well is if they are a bit "tacky" and can stick to itself as you wrap it around.These bands slip around easily and make it very difficult to get the really targeted compression that a more tacky band would provide.The bands are nice and thick and will probably last a long time, but that bit of tackiness would make them great.

Product is of a very good quality that comes with two rubber bands and a storage bag. I bought two packs and so far I m pleased,

The bands arrived and I am quite disappointed with the product. The bands were individually rolled and wrapped but they seem to nearly melted together. I tried unrolling them but they’re very difficult to unravel and one of the bands snapped.

Love the product. It’s a new spin on recovery. You need to add this product to your recovery routine.

They stretch out too thin and are a little slick, but otherwise worth the price. Could have more resistance.

I use these bands DC or flossing my knees and elbows and they work fine. I recomend these bands.
