Very useful
Firm and smaller enough to isolate on feet for plantar fascia relief. Have a bigger roller to for larger muscle relief. Both great for tight muscle and lactic acid relief.

Firm and does the trick
As a PT- this is a nice firm foam roller. Does the job. You might be surprised how firm this is so this is your warning! Great for mid to upper backs and those IT bands for runners.

Great for back, legs and priced for value
Pain and soreness relief for each side of lower back and all parts of legs. Smooth texture for easing into myofacial(?) release compared to high islands and grooves.

useful little travel sized friend
really solid, especially as a starting roller. The texture wont get anything super deep, but it still gets most spots/knots. Only con is that it can be hard to rotate to a different muscle group without resetting the whole exercise since the roller is a little short. However, the small size makes it fit in my skating bag and back pack so it's super convenient.

Good for physical therapy moves
Good for physical therapy moves, but I wish it was slightly smaller in diameter. I'm a shorter person and this is a little harder to use.

Back Saver
It doesn't look like much, but it sure does the job. It's a foam roller like you find in a dance studio or gym, except you don't have to share it with a lot of other sweaty people. I can feel my spine getting aligned, and it has helped break up the myofascial buildup to release the muscle fibers. Surprisingly, the muscle tones show better now. If you are large and/or tall, this might be too narrow at 12 inches.
