Amazon Basics High Density Foam Roller

I got this because my chiropractor recommended me getting a roller for my back to use daily. I’m definitely glad I bought it. It helps me stretch and gently pop my back every night before bed. I haven’t had any issues with it falling apart. I feel more relaxed after using it. It is firm but not so much that it’s painful to lay on. Only suggestion is to be careful using near your neck because it’s a little bigger and I think is designed more for just back. I would probably get a smaller one if you need it for your neck.

Great product. Works excellent for a side roller, leg roller, or even a back roller. Make sure you understand your limitations and go slow if you are unfamiliar with using a roller like this. I misjudged the size. It is working for me though. The roller is VERY lightweight, but also very durable. I was in excess of 300 pounds and this thing hasn't compressed or deformed at all. It's holding up and working perfectly.

Nice quality, is light and big enough. Basic but gets the job done. I exercise often and this helps a lot! Easy to use.

This is the STIFF foam roller for those who need a stiff spinal and back roll. I've had this roller for about a month and use it every morning. Using this foam roller seems to smooth the knots out of my upper back muscles temporarily. It's easy to store and easy to use. Before buying I measured the width of my back so I knew what size roller I would need. This is the first time I've ever used a foam roller and I've actually enjoyed using it. If my back starts hurting I just go roll on my roller a couple of times and it feels better.
