I like the material but these are really small. You may need to order one to two sizes larger than your normal shirt size.

Good quality rash guard. I got it for scuba as well as sun protection on the boat. Does both great.

I am 5'-11" 175lbs, slim. I normally wear medium shirts and like them snug, but this medium was practically choking me it was so tight. I returned it and decided to play it safe and got a 2-XL. It is slightly baggy but fits ok. A large probably would have been too snug still. XL probably would have worked ok, but I'm good with the loose fit.

This is advertised as a rashguard, but it feels and fits more like a t-shirt. It does not work for surfing at all. It hangs loose, it drags while you paddle, every time you go through a wave or get dunked you have to spend time re-adjusting it on your body... none of that should happen with a real rashguard. Call it a watershirt if you want, or a beach shirt, muscle shirt, whatever, but it is definitely not a rashguard for use while surfing.Since I was stuck with it on a surf trip I had to wear it for a couple of weeks, at the end of two weeks the seams were unraveling, so it's not even well made.
