Zinc picolonate kept me healthy in 2020!
I switched to this product because I read it was the best kind of zinc for protecting against covid-19. No problems with this product! I take it to keep my immune system strong & it seems to be working...I stayed healthy 2020...no covid no flu!

Easy to take.
Added Zinc to my diet. These are easy to take and digestible. I have trouble with some vitamin supplements, but not this one.

Natural choice
Good product from what the description says on purity. I don’t notice anything by taking it, but I haven’t been sick.

Don't think this is Chelated
It's the right dosage for me for good health.> Zinc picolinate is the Zinc salt of picolinic acid and said to be (aside from Chelated)the easiest adsorbed form of Zinc.Near as I have found - (aside from Chelated) it's best absorb-able Zinc> 1. Picolinate - 2. Zinc citrate - 3. Zinc Acetate - 4. Zinc Glycerate - 5. Zinc Monomethionine> 6. Zinc - Sulfate is least expensive but also the hardest to absorb and it may cause stomach upset.(there may be other forms I've not yet come across)I thought this Zinc would be Chelated as the product info statesbut it's not mentioned on the bottle = so I'm guessing it's NOT Chelated.I'm happy with Zinc picolinate but the product info is misleading.Serving - 1 = Bottle 120 servings

High Quality Zinc Picolinate
After doing some research on the best forms of zinc, I have learned that zinc picolinate is the best because it is absorbed the most into the body. Zinc is a fantastic anti-viral and I take it everyday. I think 50 mg might be on the high side so I'm taking one of these capsules every other day. I get zinc in my other supplements so I don't want to over do it. However, I think this supplement is excellent and am glad I got the opportunity to review it.

Love that they are capsules
This is a nice quantity of Zinc. It will last me a long time. I love that they are capsules. They are so much easier to swallow and don’t hurt my tummy.
