Replacement for Coleman SaluSpa
The plastic coating on my impeller magnet cracked causing the impeller to seize and throw an EO2 code on my saluspa. After some quick confirmation of my problem, I found these through comments as a proven replacement. I ordered two just to have an extra on hand and surprising they came the Monday after July 4th two days after ordering. Unfortunately both had an impeller blade broken due to inadequate packaging. I sucked up my disappointment and followed the process to seek replacement. Two new impellers were on my porch the NEXT MORNING! Both were in good order and although the impeller blades were slightly narrower than the OEM, the impeller worked great. I suspect the flow would be slightly less but I started the pump before the level in tub got to the discharge and the flow was not visibly different. I had to cut 1/4” off the shaft of the impeller and put the old end caps on but the tub is up and running and I have a happy wife! I have almost two years of run time before this issue and from what I have read, that is about the life on this impeller.

Works well for an inexpensive Saluspa fix
I, like many others before me, had the dreaded E01 error code on my Saluspa hot tub pump. In looking around for answers on how to resolve the issue I ran across a website that gave possible solutions to resolving the issue, but none of the easy solutions worked. I eventually resorted to trying to replace the impellor in the Bestway p4071 pump that is in the hot tub pump. There are several YouTube videos available on how to access the pump and the impellor that I followed. For mine to get the new impellor to fit I needed to take a hacksaw and cut the metal rod down to be the same length of the OEM impellor rod. The OEM rod was in good shape, but I think the magnet on the old impellor might have been having an issue. The amount I needed to cut off was about 3mm I believe. Since replacing the impellor, my hot tub has been quiet and has not thrown an error code since. I hope whoever else tries this same "hack" has the same luck I did.

Quit working
Didn’t even last a month, the original lasted 3 years. We barely even use the hot tub but when we tried it wouldn’t work. Disappointing

Works for Intex with modifications
Impeller rod is nonmagnetic. I purchased this intending to repair my Intex 4 person spa. It is a bit too long to fit the Intex spa but I was able to trim it to fit.

Fixed E02 on Coleman SaluSpa
Fixed the elusive E02 error on a Coleman Saluspa inflatable hottub. It came with two spindles. Obviously you need a length in between the two but easily fixed with a dremmel type tool. Match the length to the old one you are replacing!Easy to replace. Find a YouTube video and you'll be all set!For $15 we will get another season out if the spa so worth every minute to replace.Runs quieter than the original.

Fixed a persistent E02 error on our SaluSpa hot tub
Our spa kept throwing an E02 error and there are two causes, one is the flow sensor and the other is the impeller. It's almost always the impeller so I'd say buy one of these even if you end up saving it for later. Our problem was the plastic insulation over the magnets had cracks, which allow Bromine to enter and touch the magnets. This messes with the magnetic field and it was actually sending our motor in reverse at random times. They have videos online how to take apart your pump. Basically you just remove the bottom cover and the pump is easily accessible. It took me about 15 minutes, including cutting the shaft. NOTICE: Our particular pump model required that I cut off about an 1/8 inch of the stainless steel shaft because it was just a bit too long. The design of your pump may vary slightly. I used a Dremel with a reinforced cut-off wheel, it took just seconds. No big deal. If you have a pump that won't stay running, I would highly suggest you waste no time buying this part. The sooner it arrives, the sooner you can get your spa fixed. All you need is a Phillips screw driver and something to cut the shaft, if necessary.
