Excellent field knife!
Helle makes a great product and this one is perhaps my favorite of the 3 models I have purchased. It holds and excellent edge and well worth the pricetag!

Form Way Over Function
Update: Upon further inspection I noticed that there is a crack in the metal near the tip on the back of the blade. I will have to knock it down a star for that, since it is a defect in craftsmanship that could quite plausably cause the knife to fail in use as intended as a chopping and splitting wedge, used with a wood hammer, not that I personally would want to use a knife for that....A work of impractical art which reminds us of our nature that we have in effect essentially lost for the sake of our subjugation and indoctrination in the great lie that is progress. A beautiful knife with a gorgeous wooden handle with a knot hole in it. More fitting than I could have known had I not seen it with my own eyes. Thanks,

It's Remarkable
