Q: Can it be used to repair holes in concrete?

Yes it can be used to fill holes in concrete. If the hole is less than 3/4 inch I think the liquid repair is preferred. The liquid does best to repair cracks.

Q: I have a hole in my brick foundation from an old pipe. Would this be appropriate to repair? Could I mix with brick dust to match the foundation?

It will form a solid patch, but as you suspect the color would be off (for me it dried a dark gray). I do not know if you can mix it with brick dust to match the coloring. I suspect that mixing it would change the consistency and then you'd have to mix in water or another liquid to maintain it. It could prove complicated, messy, and may alter the performance of the product.An alternative could be to use the patch to partially fill in the hole, and then find another product with the appropriate coloring to top the hole off with.

I used it to fill a small "pothole" on my paver back porch which was probably about an inch deep at it's deepest. It worked perfectly and self-leveled with a little help from the scraper blade. Pothole solved. Just be aware that you only get about 3 cups of the stuff; but that should fill your 1 " by 2 " gap, depending on how long the gap runs.
