Good stuff..
This is a great additive for mortar, when used in the right amounts creates a waterproof mix but also helps with bonding if applied to the substrate first. Many other applications including sealing dusty garage floors, would recommend.

Excellent product
I purchased this product for sealing plywood prior to tiling a kitchen floor. The SBR bond was superb and easy to use and essential to provide waterproof sealing properties to the plywood underfloor. Takes a few hours to dry but well worth the wait. The seller provided an excellent service, with a good price and fast delivery, would recommend.

Does the job
Used as a bonding agent on masonry before putting adhering tile backer boards on with tile adhesive. Does the job well. Not the cheapest, but it does the job. Be aware that it does burn a little if it gets on your skin, even when diluted.

Strong Suff!
I needed something to....A. Seal a garage floor before painting it.B. Seal a thermolite block wall pre rendering. It was just what I needed as I only needed one coat (instead of 2 or 3 coats of uni-bond).The only downside was the very strong smell so I recommend good ventilation when applying. Its good value for money..Strong Stuff!

If you need a sealer - this stuff is good
Needed a waterproofing sealer whilst removing a failed screed from a concrete slab prior to re-screeding and tiling and this stuff did the job perfectly.Using as directed - it did not quite cover the area as advertised [perhaps our slab was very porous?] but two coats down and it not only sealed the never ending dust in but it also left a bit of a plastic-like film over the surface that I discovered whilst cutting a small channel after sealing said floor. So if your after a bit of a damp proof membrane this stuff seems to also provide that feature.New screed went down just fine with no lift and I even did another quick coating prior to tiling and that too has stuck perfectly.Would I recommend this stuff - yes, but be warned... it is a bit strong on the old nose so make sure you've plenty of ventilation, a strong fan to help draw said odour out and if using in a property your still living in, make sure you have a close fitting door that you can seal over night as the odour is strong. Very, very strong.

Great sealer.
SBR is like PVA but a lot better simple to install but a lot more waterproof
