I bought this twice. The one I got before was NATURALLY REFINED COCONUT OIL, that remained solid that I had to melt to use. I loved this one very much. But, this time I got one that was just REFINED COCONUT OIL that remained liquid all the time and have a slightly brownish color. I did not like this one as much. It's a personal preference. It's still good oil
