Reliable quality

Not as advertised
This product clearly is not a new battery. It was not advertised as being used!Very disappointingI am still awaiting a NEW replacement, pleas advise

Failed battery after only six months.
Batteries were good while they worked. One battery (of two) became faulty after six months light use. That stopped the pair working - at all - on my mower. No return possible, it seems.Anyone got a clue about returning goods after the "return window" has closed?Sale of Goods Act, where are you now?!
