Exactly what I needed. A must for ophth/optom/ocular industry testing.
Exactly what I needed! True that size, and those who work in industry, perfect for pockets of lab coat lapel pocket. Bold print for easy reading, and so far, hasn't worn off at all in pocket. Boss ordered 20 more for exam rooms after seeing mine.

Not worth the money
This pocket eye chart isn't worth the money. The printing is smudged and flaking off, even though it's suppose to be new. The 20/30, 20/20, and 20/15 lines are so poorly printed that you can't read the numbers up close let alone 14 inches away. While it didn't cost a lot, what I paid for it is too much, since the product is useless.

Exactly what I was looking for. Arrived way fast than the expected delivery date as well. Visible numbers on the card. Very happy with my purchase.

Good product
Got here quickly and is just what I needed for school.

disappointment
Very low quality chart, digital printing instead of offset printing. It is impossible to use this product with my patients. The company did not accept my complaints and it was impossible to return it because of high postal charges. I finally purchased the eye chart from a different company.

Its ok for the money
Works well for checking near vision but it is so thin, you can see black lines on the back of card.
