I got fed up waiting for jug filters and wanted something more instant. Did some research on different ones in the end this seemed most reasonably priced with good reviews, and I can see why, it works great! The water noticeably tastes better. I just replaced the filter after a year in use and it's easy, I did have an issue with one connection and contacted the support team who were great and very fast at getting another part out the next day.

This is a superb piece of equipment.Easy to fit, the box contains almost every optional adaptor you may need to insert a highly efficient filter inline with your main cold water tap.I fitted mine in the kitchen sink cold water feed to ensure that all the drinking water we use is properly filtered to remove impurities, contaminants and detritus from the main supply.The cartridges are easily replaceable without having to isolate the supply due to the ingenious design.With our UK water quality under the most challenging pressures since the victoriana era, this is a quick, cheap effective solution to potential water quality problems.

It is a great product and design, and it is very convenient to install.

Fitting to water supply was annoying, I had to source other parts to make it fit. That was a 12 mile round trip. Drilled sink and fitted tap, fitted filter, seemed OK for two minutes, then the leak appeared, it seemed to be an internal o ring on the cartridge container. Looking at reviews, this is a very common problem, a design fault. Apparently sometimes this fault does not manifest itself until the filter needs changing, so be warned. I'm sending it back and now got a hole in my sink. Not a happy bunny. We will see now how good amazon support is, never had to do this before.Well, update- amazon refunded me immediately and had an easy returns system. Well done amazon!

Good filter, had an issue with pressure but that was my fault, lost the rubber washer down the back of the cupboard, found another but that was restricting flow, they sent out another the same day. Fantastic service 👍

The technical support team deserves special praise for their prompt and thorough assistance.I purchased the water purifier system two years ago and initially used it at my previous residence. When I moved to my new home in North London, I took the system with me.Upon connecting it in my new home, I noticed white particles in the filtered water (caused by my old taps!). I reached out to the support team, initially suspecting a system issue. However, further investigation revealed that the problem originated from the old water tap, likely due to limescale buildup before my move.Replacing the water tap immediately resolved the issue, confirming that it was unrelated to the water purifying system. Both the replacement product from the support team and my original one continue to function excellently.I hope my experience can assist others facing similar concerns. If you encounter white particles, test the water just after the purifier. If it's clear, the issue may lie within the water tap. Consider replacing it for consistently clear and safe water. My initial confusion was caused by the hot water being clear but cold water with white particles. I found that the kitchen sink watertaps have separate water tracks for cold water and hot water until the end of the foucet. Then it is mixed just before ejecting from the foucet. So, having hot water clear did not mean that the cold water track is limescale free.I'd like to thank the manufacturer's support team for their excellent product and assistance and apologize for any initial confusion and my complaint that I raised.
