Great waterfilter
It's a great product and I had brought it to Central America Panama. My mother-in-law and wife thought it to be fantastic to their water system clean fresh water and it gave us no trouble at all to hook up I would recommend this this filter !plusthis is my first time with a review PS..just got one for my mom's house..in violet La. I am not mechanically inclined nonetheless this was easy for to install. Water tastes good.

it was very easy to set up
my son set this up. i could have done it myself but foolishly i thought it would be difficult, it was very easy to set up. after i let it ran off for about 4 min i drank some it was delicious. So it works for me so you can try it.

Works great and produces clean consistent water.
Haven't had a problem with it. Use it daily to refill gallon jugs of water we keep in the fridge. It fills a gallon in under a minute so can't complain.

I ordered my Anchor AF-3000 Water Purifier on 03/15/2017 and ...
I ordered my Anchor AF-3000 Water Purifier on 03/15/2017 and it arrived on 03/20/2017. It is missing the faucet adapter, doesn't have anything to keep the hose attached to the bottom of the filter housing, and it has an extra elbow piece that I didn't know how to attach. Luckily I had an extra faucet adapter from my broken Brita filter, so I was able to attach it to my sink and I used a zip-tie to hold the other end of the hose on, I'm hoping that it work for a long while, but I do have a Brita water pitcher for extra filtering and as my backup. The instructions are vague and don't mention when I should change the filter at all.

Damaged upon arrival
My filter arrived damaged. I have a similar filter myself and bought one for my mom. When I hooked it up to the faucet it would leak where the hose connected to the housing. I disconnected and reattached a few times to the faucet but the problem still occurred.

Not too Thrilled
Not too Thrilled, everything seems to work well except one major flaw. Either I was delivered the wrong fitting or the images are wrong on the site, either way not very happy. What I have is a black lever that your have to turn up and down to turn the water on/off. Then on the side of the fitting there is a small metal cone perturbing outward which you simply put the opening of the hose on from the filter either way not really happy. The hose that attaches to the fitting on the sink first off has a hole in it, which spays water. Second and most annoying is the hose constantly falls off the sink fitting and sprays everywhere. There is no way to screw it on such as in the images online. In one instance the hose busted off and sprayed an electrical outlet which could be very dangerous. Water tastes fine filter seems to be working just need the correct fitting. Now that I have to contact them and try to fix the issue which is a nuisance. I will update my post if the issue gets fixed.

This is the second one I have owned. No regrets!
In originally purchased one of these 20 yrs ago when I lived in another part of the country and loved it. Before moving I got rid of it thinking that it wasn't necessary where I would now be living. I was so dissatisfied with the taste of the tap water here that I purchased a new one. It is great for you can get the quality filter to fit into it that you want. Its easy to install and is visually appealing.
