i bought this to add a shower feature to our antique claw footed tub. it turned out that the actual fixture did not fit our old tub. upon further investigation i found the modification available to use this for our tub. the shower head is amazing. the height is too short, but again, they sell a piece that will make it taller. very few directions, but easy enough to figure out installation.

I absolutely love my new shower. It's gorgeous, it was easy to install, and it's great quality so far. The height of the showerhead is adjustable and it can be moved from side to side for when you clean. You can also adjust and tilt the cradle. Those things are important to me as I am the only tiny person in my home and I enjoy being able to use something without feeling like a little kid taking her first "big girl" shower. I usually get hit in the face with a side-mounted sprayer every time someone forgets to turn the sprayer and have trouble reaching the showerhead above without "adult" help. I have similar issues with toilets. I'm always tempted to buy a really garish kids' toilet step just to demonstrate how it feels to not be able to touch the floor with anything but my tippy-toes. No worries with my shower, though! Huzzah!This company also has fabulous customer service. I had a minor issue with damage during shipping and my email was answered immediately and a new handle arrived in a matter of days. I certainly wasn't expecting it to arrive quickly from a company that's based 8,000+ away from me. I can't be happier. Thank you so much! 🥰

First the ugly. If you live in California or a place that has lead bans you need to know this.- 1 star because we attempted to install this product on our clawfoot tub. However, we needed a clawfoot tub adapter that was not available in our area because we live in California and the adapter is made out of lead. We purchased a brass replacement from a different vendor. The faucet vendor does have instructions to contact the vendor to purchase the needed part at a 20% discount. However, we needed the part yesterday so my husband purchased from a different supplier that could get the part to us faster.My feeling is the company should get rid of all lead fittings and replace them with brass.Other than that the shower faucet seems to be good quality and a decent price for what it is.

Looks beautiful! We aren’t quite done with the rest of the bathroom but this shower fixture looks great and according to our contractor, was fairly easy to install. Looks just as good as some that are 4x as much!

This is a nice faucet and shower head. However, take note that if have a claw foot, and you do not know what product is not provided, you will pay a week’s worth plus of time buying the right adapters, which will slow your clawfoot/bathroom remodel.We have had 3 problems. First you have to buy a supply line adapter to make the supply lines able to hook to the faucet. Most clawfoot supply holes are about 3 inches apart. This faucet is 6 inches.Second, they do not provide a wall extender that screws to the wall to support your pipe.Third, you have to buy a 12” or 16” piper extender if you are taking a shower in a clawfoot and are above 5’ tall— you also need this extender to easily install your shower curtain.This product can be worth it, but take it from someone who has wasted days on this— know exactly what you need because this product is short of everything you will need costing you time and money.

It's only been a few weeks since installation (in a clawfoot tub) but the shower seems to work great.Had to buy a vertical extension bar (don't know why it's not included as part of the kit. I'd happily pay an extra $15-20 up front). You will also need a horizontal extension from the vertical shower pipe to the wall if you are installing on a clawfoot tub. You will also need an adjuster kit to bring the connection holes close enough to fit the distance between the holes in the clawfoot tub. Be sure to ask for the kit that has a long enough extension to go through the holes in the clawfoot tub and still have enough to screw on the water supply lines. I had to return the first kit and receive a 2nd one with longer stubs.Good news about needing these extras is that the email response to questions is good and fast.Brass finish looks great. The on/off turn in a counter intuitive way (one is clockwise and the other is counterclockwise). No big deal. Also the on-off is a 1/4 or 1/2 turn so it makes adjusting the water flow and temperature sensitive. Best solution is to turn your water heater temperature down to the temperature you need at the shower. Then all you need is to turn the hot water on and not have to cool it down with some cold water. Energy saving.Bottom line - Yes I would buy this item again from this vendor.

I recently took the shower head off to deep clean the hard-water buildup and the spray face immediately came loose from the rest of the head. After many attempts, I was unable to secure the spray face in its original placement, the parts no longer fit together (none were lost in the removal process).Additionally, the faucet and diverter system did not fit our plumbing and we had to purchase a separate system to use with this.
