This book was missing 11 chapters. So did the replacement.

Book is in great condition and I appreciate it being a hardcover. However, this text book is very useless in contrast to the objectives of the class I took. Explanations went in circles without really giving details in layman’s speak so students can understand the meaning.Very little information, sometimes one or two sentences on a topic. I don’t know why or how this book became the required text for Healthcare Economics, especially at university level. Yes, I passed the class, but it I would have liked to learn something or have been able to retain some of of the”lessons” within. I would not recommend this book and hope I don’t have to use it ever again.
