Sharp and competent specialty knife
An indispensable tool for trimming meat products quickly and efficiently.. The knife holds an edge, is easy to grip, and crafted to last. Altogether a great product at a reasonable price.

Had this for 4 years, still looks great after daily use. Needs regular sharpening but that is true of any quality knife. No rust. will slice super thin, even sushi.

Excellent Knife for the money!!
I've learned my lesson in the past when it comes to kitchen knives, going cheap is Not the way to go! This is, however, not the case with this knife! It is razor sharp, the handle grip does not slip at all, even when your arm deep butchering a whole pig shoulder! It's very easy to maintain, the edge has held up well against accidental bone strikes and even a short drop (the tip didn't hit first), I've gone through more than a few other knives, decent brand names, but low quality since buying this one. It's sure does hold it's 'edge' over the competition. The only critique I have is that the black color handle version costs a noticeable amount more than the blue and it clashes with my other set of knives.

Really Great Sharp Knife
First off - This knife is sharp right out of the package so watch your fingers. It's supposed to be for trimming fat and cutting meat but I keep it out and use it for all sorts of stuff - cutting cheese, prepping some larger vegetables, etc. The blade has held it's sharpness even with all of the extra cutting I use it for. I might get one to open the mail and boxes from Amazon! Just kidding but you could!

Works awesome with Ribs and Brisket
I use this Knife to prep Ribs and brisket, It's a bit small for the brisket but works like a charm. I paired it with a knife sharpener from bass pro shop and doesn't seem to disappoint
