So comfy
This pillow is fantastic. I bought it because the man at Ashley sold me on a regular size 1 pillow it was too thin I needed more support. This pillow is nice and firm keeps my head cool and supported.

Really good pillow!
This,with out a doubt, is the best pillow I have ever owned. It is expensive but in my opinion well worth the money. Exactly as advertised.

Goes flat!
At first I thought this pillow was great. My neck and upper back were getting some relief. After a month the pillow started going completely flat and at two months I’m back to my normal neck and back issues. Every night I have to flip the pillow and “plump” it up in order to get slightly comfortable. Unfortunately Im out of the return window for Amazon but I contacted them anyway. They told me to contact Bedgear. Bedgear told me to contact Amazon. Rinse and repeat. If you want to pay over 200 dollars for a pillow that will go flat and give zero support after a month or two of use, get this one!

Great product awesome pillow
Very nice very comfortable. I had the 2.0 frost before made by this company there's 3.0 I bought this time is awesome.

Very comfy
So I've had it for about a day and so far it's really comfy it's not super stiff little heavy for a pillow but I like that.

Good Support
Great pillow. I like it more stiff so this fits the bill. It doesn't sink down when I sleep. I am a back sleeper but I occasionally roll to my side and the pillow still provides the needed support for my head and neck.

Disappointing
Wasn’t a big fan of his pillow. It’s cool to the touch but that ends after a few minutes and feels like a regular pillow without any cooling factor. The side mesh areas are a gimmick and just make for a scratchy surface around your pillow.Chart told me to get a 2.0 but I still felt it was a little tall for me causing neck soreness
