The Taste is hardly noticeable. If you have it in any type of juice you won't really be able to tell. But in water you could feel the oiliness and somewhat the coconut taste and just plain water, faintly. If you mix it with any type of herbal tea not the bag teas but the loose leaf its really gone. It's not until you wash out the glass you can tell there was an oil in there.Now in terms of its effect on the body I do feel as if when I took mud water. Which is supposed to be like a cognitive enhancer for a coffee replacement. So I think it is powering the brain up some especially during a fasting period to do well. So no side effects, so I'm going to say so it's a win!

I like that the taste is palettable, large container for the price, just bought my second bottle.

Not at all crazy about how this tastes in my bullet:( Going back to the brand I usually use, although pricier.

This product is fantastic it goes from being a healthy item to take internally but also it’s fantastic in the bedroom and it’s still very edible I use it for Massages with my partner I love the product and I don’t worry about it being on or in my body

I really liked as-is MCT Oil Full Spectrum MCTs C8, C10, Lauric Acid, Derived from Non-GMO Coconuts - Unflavored - 32 f. It is really high quality. Love cooking with this oil. It heats quickly and no flavor like coconut oil. I'm happy with this. I would definitely recommend this.

The oil itself was pretty good. More flavor than I like but not too bad. However, I only gave it 3 stars because the container is horrible! The cap leaks every single time. I even took the flip cap off and tried to pour it directly from the bottle. Still dribbles down the side and gets oil EVERYWHERE.

First time buying this particular brand. The cap is the type that makes a mess when trying to dispense it, which isn’t a total deal breaker, just annoying. The deal breaker was that it tastes rancid and it’s not returnable. I’m a firm believer in biting the bullet when you try new flavors of products but this actually tastes like it’s gone bad. Any respectable business that sold you bad food products should be returning or at least replacing the product. That’s makes this brand a No Go for me.
