Zinsser 286258 Bulls Eye 1-2-3 All Surface Primer, Quart, Gray

This is my second time buying this product. I am using for craft projects and it really works very well.

Great coverage. I have areas of white stain from vinegar, as well as some black stains from something. Scrubbed cement and prepped surface. I have 2 basement windows. No strong paint fumes.

My family enjoys repainting rooms yearly. We’ve been using this product for decades. Smooth coverage allows for quick application of primer. Straight-forward, no nonsense paint that never disappoints.

I moved into my apartment 5 years ago and my bathroom had the landlord special, layers of paint over the years started cracking and peeling, I could also tell the walls haven’t been primed before. I skim coated and sanded my walls before using this primer.I used 2 coats of primer to seal the joint compound before moving on to my first coat of paint with 24 hours in between coats. I wanted to make sure my paint wouldn’t peel again and this primer did just that and is adhering perfectly. I applied thick coats, however it’s only used to make sure your paint has something to adhere to and create a seal so you don’t have any bleeding colors or stains you’re trying to cover. Reading some comments for those trying to use it as white paint is the wrong application for this product. Prime first and then paint

Expensive, but good product. I didn't get anywhere near the coverage I hoped, which was below what the can said I should get.

This primer has great coverage. Apply on raw wood before painting and you will be happy with the results It dries quick and works well. Comes in white and covers all blemishes. Love it. Hope you do too

Amazing primer (I use it as a straight paint too). I’m the only one who’ll use it. I’ve been remodeling my house for the last couple of years, and various needs have come up; this is my go-to. The mold and mildew resistance is 10/10. I used it outside on my back porch, which we don’t use much, and two years later, the coat still looks great and blocks everything. I’ve noticed that while you don’t need to sand various surfaces, you will need to apply extra coats. But once it’s applied and dried? It’s on there good. Sometimes it’s oddly hard to find in stores or online without a price spike; it must be a supply issue.10/10 primer.

This primer is consistent in texture and color. Always goes on well. I use it regularly. Definitely recommend
