Beautiful to work with
I found this black clay very easy to work with. Also, it is natural so that was important to me. A little hard to start with but it was kept in the cold so that is probably why. I was using it with a cutter and it was smooth sailing.

Great clay!!!
This is wonderful clay. Had purchased different colors from different brands thinking there wouldn’t be a difference. Boy was I wrong. This will be the only one I order again.

dries quickly.
I wish this came in a ziplock bag so that it wouldn't dry out once opened. It does dry out quite quickly - in a matter of maybe 2 minutes. It's a dark black when wet, but turns a medium-dark gray when dry.

IDK y I use this stuff
I am addicted to this clay in my studio but honestly I don't know why because no matter how slowly I dry it it ALWAYS cracks everywhere and is seriously incredibly brittle. IDK why they claim this is "air hardening" clay because sure it hardens but then it breaks. Recommend firing this clay if possible, but like I said, I am addicted to it and use it for everything because I like the way it looks.

Terrible
It dries too quickly, it's hard as hell and it doesn't have a smooth consistency at all.Wouldn't recommend.
