Helps Me Through Chemo and More
This is hands down my favorite brand of slippery elm. It has truly helped save my gut during chemo and has brought me so much relief. I bought a different brand of slip Elm for my acid reflux. I had seen where it helps with gastrointestinal issues. Little did I know the OTHER uses for this supplement, until I started reading the reviews from this product.I am 50yo and going through the start of the change. I must take natural supplements, due to my disabilities. I bought this not just based on reviews, but also mg dose, size, and count.I had no idea it helped with your immune system, or pre-menopausal issues. After reading the reviews I decided to try this brand, as the other one wasn't really helping in my digestion issues.When I received and took it, it worked fast!! Only 24 hours to see that it was helping me in not just my digestion, but also with women's dryness, and my attitude improved for my lack of libido!The pills aren't "horse pills" so they are easy to swallow .They are capsules so maybe you can always just take the powder out and put in water and shoot it down.I have to take several supplements every morning so I was glad they weren't that big with all the ones I have to take.I will be purchasing these again, and probably do a subscription with my other supplements.

It works a little too well
Got this because being on birth control can cause some vaginal dryness. Or at least I have difficulty staying “hydrated” for long periods of time during sex. Usually, I take less than the recommended dosage when I’m easing into a new vitamin or supplement.I took 1 capsule and went to my Pilates class, came home, showered and changed into fresh pajamas. Maybe an hour and a half passed after taking it and then suddenly, I felt extremely wet and knew it couldn’t have been my period as that had just recently passed.Rushed to the bathroom and it looked like I had an extremely “pleasant accident.”Be careful when taking these because they work fast and if you’re not prepared, you’re going to need a new set of underwear and pants. I’m not even kidding.

Significant colour difference
I haven’t taken them yet, but just by comparing my previous bottle to the one that just got delivered, there’s a significant change in colour of the capsules which makes me think that the formula has changed
