Could be an anecdotal case for me, but it completely regulated my cycles for the first time in my life. I was on birth control for YEARS and have been off of it TTC for over a year now without success. Cycles were so irregular and unpredictable, while I was also not ovulating most months. I just finished my first bottle (only took 2 per day) and the last 2-3 cycles have been exactly on time and so normal. My luteal phase has been exactly the same 13 day length every month now which if you’re TTC, you know is so important for progesterone levels. It didn’t do anything for sex drive or really my energy level but my hormones are normal and that’s a huge win for me. I hope anyone else reading this going through the struggles of infertility can feel like they’re not alone and that we can finally come out on the other side🫶
