I found this book to be a thorough exploration of various yoga therapy modalities. It will definitely be a good resource for me as I continue to work with populations who are compromised in some way.

I've been waiting for this comprehensive, thoughtful book on the emerging field of Yoga Therapy. The contributors to the book and artist are all people who are passionate about yoga and the healing sciences.
