I bumped a rug while on a rolling saddle stool and fell backward and one of the wheel holders was bent. It had a 20" base and I didn't find that size by this manufacturer, but figured this 23" would work. It's much more stable than the original, easier to move around, and safer.

This is a super strong base perfect for we of larger configuration lol removing the old broken one was a challenge but installing the new one was a snap.A little WD-40 did the trick removing the old one

Did not know if I would like this chrome chair base on my black chair. I am very pleasantly surprised. It is beautiful, extremely sturdy and accepted the new wheels purchased separately! Thank you!

Easy to assemble

Works as intended and well.

Well packed, arrived on time. We had someone attach it to the existing chair and it took him just a few minutes. Fits perfectly. Happy with this purchase.

Very sturdy. Good build quality. We bought two for some IKEA office chairs. Fit perfect. One leg had some slight marring from shipping, but a little steel wool and magic eraser took care of that. The finish is bare aluminum and was easy to restore to its original luster.

My wife has an expensive ergonomic chair, but the wheels were popping out because it had a cheap plastic base that was warping. Don't have that problem any more since this base is well constructed. Also looks much better with the shiny aluminum.
