Can I use it for straightening damaged hair?

if the hair is over processed with color I would not recommend do this service .There is a colored formular but the hair should be in good condition

I saw this product in a store in egypt, but it says on the packaging (made in egypt) is this product packaged in egypt or what i saw was a counterfeit
