Flour is very good quality, taste is very pure and nice, pancakes comes out always perfect! Very good with honey!

Best for sourdough starter
I love this rye flour for a strong sourdough starter. Great taste, texture, and seems fresh given how much my starter loves this brand over other rye flour, including King Arthur.

Great product!
My go to flour works better than regular flour and is the only flour in my cupboard! Perfect for pie crusts,cobbler, cookies & Chicken Marsala! Best gluten-free flour I have tried, I highly recommend this!

Many uses. Great product; packaging closure not so great
I bought to use in my sour dough starter. Nice size for that reason. It has worked well. I've never been disappointed with this brand. The only thing I DO NOT like about this product is, the bag is hard to align up the seal to close the bag. It's a nice and sturdy bag/closure but a pain to align. Transferred to another container and problem solved. The Rye is great though!
