Easy to set up. Was missing the tray to catch chips. They sent a new unit to exchange. Got it in 2 days. Highly recommend this company

It did just as it said kept chips warm kind of a pain to clean out but not bad

Quality is excellent
What I like about the product what was described was exactly what i received. What I dislike the tray to open and grab the chips keeps popping out of the grooves. The product I would recommend to purchase.

Sort of flimsy - bulb blew after five hours of use
If this were either less expensive, or of higher quality materials, this would have gotten four stars.From there, a five star rating would require:- a bulb that doesn't blow out after a single use- better instructions- a sturdier door panel- a sturdier scoop- easier access to bulb socket (the flimsy and sharp aluminm shield is hard to get around)Other than that, it's pretty nice, even if I expected a little more for the cost.
