Guru Nanak’s road to salvation
This book is a reprint of the original published in 1904 under British Colonial rule in India. The Sikh author of this classic book gives a good introduction to Sikhism for nonSikhs. The Indian author of this book is well educated in English & has had a 19th century Christian education. Hence, the author is able to make a good early comparison between Sikhism & Christianity. The book is very good at showing the similarities between Jesus & Guru Nanak.

English was very difficult to follow; colonial style if anything
Just a few pages in and beginning to realise that this book was written a very long time ago. The English is very difficult to read; it is not the common English in use today and there are numerous grammatical errors within the first 16 pages. I’ll persevere with it a little longer but it definitely is not as great as some of the reviews here make it to be.
