Samsung Galaxy Note10 Plus 5G 256GB - Aura Glow - Single-SIM - Unlocked (Renewed)

First, let me be frank. I love the Samsung Note concept (I have had three now) and purchased a reconditioned Note 10 plus about a month ago to replace my Galaxy Note 8. The form factor is very similar so I was happy with how it works in my hand (or hands). Some of the new funtions of the S Pen are interesting (for the first 10 minutes or so) but they are really a bit surplus to requirements! Thankfully, I didnt upgrade to the 10plus for that. The extra RAM, extra membory, the superfast processor, great screen and pretty impressive camera funtions were the reason ... and boy they do not disappoint.I bought one which was in tip top condition and was worried about battery life. However, it not only looked like new, the battery performs really well and easily lasts more than a day on medium heavy use. I tend to charge to 85% (to slow down battery degradation I'm told!) and this has never been insufficient for the day and often I reach the close of the day with 40% or more. I have used the extra slot for a memory card but I am not even 25% usage on the 256Gb internal memory... Unless you are dealing with large data files and sync lots of data from the cloud it should be more than adequate.What could it have been better ... Not sure - the big downer is the fact that as of 2023 there will be no more Android OS updates from Samsung. If you're clever you might be able to circumvent this but the risk is too great. The media could not be loaded. Had an s9+ for around 3 years and it gave up so had a look at upgrades and could not justify the monthly contract. Someone mentioned amazon renewed so been looking for a while and after reading good reviews i went for the note 10+ It came 2 days early in a samsung box and only missing headphones which i'm not bothered about. The phone is immaculate,not a mark on it and I am quite impressed. Got everything working and its awesome..would defo recommend.

Upgraded for my Samsung note and this is absolutely wonderful. This is slightly larger but basically is exactly what I'm used to with the note but faster and the battery life is incredible. I used to have to charge my phone every night but this lasts at least a day and a 1/2 and it is absolutely the best phone I have had to date. There's so much on it that I have not used yet but it has fantastic AI assistant and lots of other technical things that I probably won't use my main requirement was speed and battery life and size and this has everything I need I am over the moon.

Not woking ,switching off randomly, freezing screen ,not a phone I have ordered , nothing a like describe, very poor quality not worth penny ,

We're all thinking about the money in our pockets or lack of. It's hard to justify paying £50-£60 a month for a contract phone (£1050 new)? Researched Amazon pre-owned and here we are. Brilliant! As others have said, I worried about it being a battered old phone with a rubbish battery. Don't, no frills way to get an excellent phone, just over £300 you get the phone (looks and works like new) and a charger. Batteries a good 90%+ runs smoothly no issues at all. Do yourself a favour, get a renewed phone, good price, good value, good for the planet. If you don't like it for some reason you get 365 days to send it back. Amazing!

Returned the phone unwanted gift

The phone was locked to Vodafone and the CPU was Exynos9825 and not Snapdragon.The battery health was about 70%.Other than that it was ok.
