This something I will be using forever. I suffer from bad anxiety when I go for Dot Physicals or just in daily life in general to be honest. This product has helped me come down. Especially when checking my blood pressure it's put me in a normal range . This product is really worth the money plus I haven't received any kind of side effects. Within a day I could notice a difference in my mood and anxiety.

It was not disclosed that St. John's Wort is in it. I tried to return it. Cannot. Only can call the company "for suggestions of how to use." This is NOT a cheap product: I paid around $35 on amazon...I bought it for my daughter, but she's on SSRI's (a type of anti-depressant)...Warnings everywhere (on internet, medication) about taking St. John's Wort if on a SSRI: Don't...Can be SERIOUS consequences...Can't use. This very high quality supplement was recommended to me by my MD/ND/Acupuncturist. I was surprised to find it on Amazon. As with most herbs it's a cumulative thing. Low adrenal function takes time to heal and there is no quick fix, but this is one of the work horses of my treatment paradigm.
