I bought this supplement because I read a study about how it has health benefits for the lungs. So, I tried it and I didn’t notice a difference right away but after a couple of weeks of me taking it consistently. I started to be able to do exercise longer.

When I first learned about this product I was only taking digestive enzymes and didn't see the use. Now that I'm older and generally have more need for a systemic enzyme. This one is great to stack for my purposes, it seems to be working fairly well.

Absolutely terrible. Don't get caught,please. Like other people have commented,this product is about to expire in Aug,2025. Thank you,but no - I am not digesting this poison,plus it smells very very suspicions when I opened the bottle. Definitely going to trash and big thanks to Amazon for helping me sort this out and issuesl a refund!

After reading some of the reviews on Amazon and through a licensed pharmacologist, I couldn’t wait to order these. I started taking the prescribed amount the first day the pills arrived. I have leg pain (one side) at night and also get stiff (hips) after sitting for an extended period of time. That night the intensity of the pain had dropped to about a 5 (from a 8). With the next day being a full day of taking the pills , I was able to get up and walk without hesitation. By my second week I had increased my dose to 5 pills/2x-day and no more leg pain at night! This stuff really works! I will post an update at a later date.

I used to buy the other brand but the last bottle had no potency, I tried this brand and for a while it worked better than the Garden of Life brand, but, about 2/3 of the way through the bottle, I started developing abdominal pain and let's say uncomfortable digestion which was the opposite of what I had with the other brand. Now neither brand is available. Douglas Labs does not carry them anymore!
