I was doing some work upgrading to an SSD to meet the machine requirements for a class and I cracked the connector that came with my laptop. This thing came in a day, was the exact part I needed and, as far as I can tell, is running like a Swiss watch! Easily connected in to the laptop, was an EXACT fit for the hard drive, which I hear is important. Overall, very satisfied with the part. It came in an oversized padded envelope, inside a small cardboard box, wrapped in a little plastic baggie, inside a small bubble wrap baggie. Item was undamaged when it arrived and I'm just overall very satisfied with this purchase. Thanks again for saving my bacon!
