We have a couch and side chairs that uses a device like this to enable them to recline and plugin our mobile devices. Not long ago We heard a pop and the chair would not longer work. I realized it was the power box. I found the one I hope I needed and ordered it. It can quickly that goodness and it the same as what was with the chair when bought. It was a life saver. May need more for the other units but I know where to get them fast. Works great, will buy again as needed.

Hooked this up to the lift chair. Worked fine for about 3 hours then I heard a pop and smelled wire burning. Box was hot and apparently wires are fried inside.
