Q: Do they make a crunchy sound?

Hi, I guess they do make a little noise but I can’t say I noticed at the time of wearing it. Unless you have a little sensory sensitivity then wouldn’t see it being a problem. Hope this helps

Q: Anyone used these in florida?

Yes. Take large ziplock bags though to pack away again as fiddly to get in the small bags and gets your hands very wet. Hang above the bath when you get back to your room though so when you use them again you’re not getting wet trying to put them back on. I took shower caps to put over our shoes too to keep feet dry lol
