Unusable. Metal on metal valve. Never had a chance to seal.

Not bad. Just note the size difference.
Barb fitting is smaller then the original. Otherwise, it works well.

Qualiy but needed modification
This is a good replacement part. However, please be aware that the barb fitting of the part is a bit smaller in diameter than the vstar oem part. I had to make up a new fuel line from the part to the fuel filter in order for it to work.

In description says that it will work for 2006 Yamaha v-star 1100, the body is taller and the output requires a a quite smaller fuel line.

I think any one would want something that looks better to put on their motorcycle.
