Fits single EpiPen perfectly
After reading many reviews I was cautious about buying this because some people put me off but it is absolutely perfect. I only need to carry one EpiPen with me and yet many reviews said it does not fit in this case, totally wrong. It is the absolute perfect size for 1 EpiPen, in it's protective clear plastic case, but out of it's cardboard packing case. When you open this case, on one side is an elastic restraining strap that the EpiPen fits under and which holds it neatly in place. On the other side is a zipped pocket, the entire length of the case, which will hold instructions or other paper information. Whilst there is not a lot more room in the case, you can fit in a pen or other small items but nothing bulky as the girth of the case is more or less taken up by the EpiPen. So, if you are looking for a protective case that you can carry around instead of a battered cardboard box, will hold your EpiPen securely, is not too bulky, will offer protection from knocks and bumps plus doesn't cost a ridiculous price then definitely buy this. I don't know how anyone can be disappointed, but please note, it will only hold 1 EpiPen so if you need to carry more, don't get this.

Fit for purpose
Fits my epi-pen perfectly, much easier to carry around now and doesn't take up too much space in my handbag.

Compact protection for you insulin pen
Very useful for a day out if you only need one pen. It keeps it all safe and slips easily into a pocket with room for one pen and maybe up to three needle cartridges.Update... Having used it for a while now, I can safely say it will take 2 pens as long as you don't mind one being loose, i.e. not held by the elastic retainer.

Simple and effective Epi-Pen case
Good quality, perfect size, and competitively priced epi-pen case. Though not a hard casing, there's a useful carabiner to attach to a bag to stop it from being crushed.

Great size and discrete
Eli pen inhaler and tablets all fit In this. Great for some blazer pocket. He is happy to carry this on him all the time.

Quite small!
A little on the small side for my husbands syringes but he will make it do for now!
