initially it feels slightly warm and does appear to increase sensation slightly. It's not unpleasant just a bit odd.HOWEVER, after a couple of minutes, all sensation totally disappears and leaves you feeling slightly numbed. It actually ruins the experience totally.After using it once, it has gone in the bin which is where it belongs. I would not buy this again and would warn anyone not to bother trying it. You might as well coat your genitals in muscle rub because that's exactly what I imagine it would feel like (although i wouldn't recommend that you actually did that).In short, I would avoid this at all costs because in my opinion it's a total waste of good money and will kill any sexual activity stone dead.

doesn't do much if you're not sensitive (heard it worked for other people but they are really sensitive to sexual stimulation)i've tried it couple times and in about half the times i didn't feel anything, sometimes i felt slight cold feeling which was nice but definitely didn't help me get aroused and not worth the money
