I realize that it will probably have to build up in my system for maybe couple weeks and it'll work even better. I was looking for something like this for stress, mood & other things. It works so far as I was having stress early afternoon. I highly recommend. 15mg is a good dose. There's others out there with much higher doses which I didn't trust. 88.5mg? Scary. I trust this. I purchased these saffron capsules together with the Calm Aid lavender oil gel caps as a recommendation from my doctor. He said that together they help you sleep better. They are small and easy to swallow. The ingredients really work for me.

Love this new experience with saffron. Made my heart beat slower when I’m stressed. I’d get a higher mg next time though so I would only have to take one per day.

I’m a bit conflicted on this stuff. It works better than the 88.5mg doses that most brands have, but it smells strongly chemical. Almost like resin or a cleaning product. It says it has the same ingredients as most supplements, but perhaps the magnesium stearate is what I’m smelling.This dose feels good for me though. It’s calming, antidepressant, and focus-enhancing. I’ve been taking it twice a day and really noticing a difference in my mood and wellbeing. Hopefully I can find a brand that doesn’t smell like it’s bad for me.

So far so good. I haven't had any problems with it. I don't take it everyday. Mostly at night. Seems to help me sleep a bit better.

I absolutely love these. My doctor recommended this for my brain fog and ADHD. I use them along with my adderall and my brain fog is gone after one day and I don't get depressed when my adderall wears off for the day!

I just received these, but arrived very hot. It was so hot, I had to put it in the refrigerator to cool the product off.I know that heat can make a lot of medicinal products ineffective. That's one thing I really don't like is the products sitting in the warehouse and delivery trucks during the hot seasons. That's a major problem. So, I will see if it still has its effectiveness as I continue to take it. Alot of people don't realize, Medications, herbal supplements and many products with expiration dates sit in hot warehouses and trucks for a long time exposed to extreme hot temperatures and render them ineffective. We take them, and believe they don't work.
