Same product my PT recommended and uses. Works well although the tan is always sold out.

Getting therapy for trigger finger, the therapist highly suggested this original tape.

I was told the following by my Physical Therapist: When used correctly as explained and demonstrated by your physical therapist or a doctor, this tape may increase blood flow to the area and may help support it. Clean and dry skin before applying it. Remove skin creams with alcohol and water. Rounding the corners with a scissors will help the edges adhere to the skin. Caution: In areas where my skin is thin due to aging, I can wear it for no more than 8 to 10 hours if I want to avoid irritation upon removal. To remove it, wet it thoroughly or apply cream over it before peeling it off.

This tape is a good temporary splint for minor tendon and muscle strains and sprains. It really adheres to skin well, and it will stay on even after a shower or two. The fact that it's stretchy is excellent, but if more support is needed, you may want to put on a second layer, or supplement it with regular Sports tape. Beware of it sticking *too* well if it's left on for several days. Removing it can be an adventure.

Be aware of counterfeits being sold on Amazon. The real product, which is being sold by this seller, is thicker, has better elasticity and does not shred. When properly applied this will give great relief.

I have a persistent wrist injury and this stuff keeps me going. The added stability is massively helpful and the quality of this tape is excellent. I also like that you cut your own, it allows for more flexibility.

I would highly recommend this particular name brand Kinesiology tape. It is what I used after my total knee replacement on the advice of my physical used for the swelling that had occurred in my leg. Within at least 2weeks the swelling was going down. And the mainstream to subside in both my legs. The only draw back is I wish they have a little bit more tape for the price you pay.
