I have Carpal Tunnel syndrome. I thought it would relax my ankle. I wasn't very comfortable and it gets restricted especially when moving the mouse.

Well I have a bit of carpal tunnel in my right hand, taking this will alleviate it, did nothing of the sort suppsosed to let the wrist rest in the gap not pinching the nerve. Soon as I used it pins & needles. Waste of money. Avoid at all costs. 💩
