Perfect for GCH10A-4E and other heaters
This relay is for many models of 2003+ Atwood heaters e.g. GCH10A-4E and operates via a 12v input switching a 110v supply to the electric element when the thermostat opens. The yellow wire from the circuit board goes to one 12v terminal and a ground/earth wire goes to the other. These terminals are conventional male spade terminals but smaller than standard. The remaining two standard male spade terminals are for the black 110V supply switched to the element. It's a 5-minute job to wire and fit IF you have access to the rear of your water heater. Most RV manufacturers competed to see who could make life as difficult as possible and prevent you from getting the rear components (element, relay, check valves etc.) and I figure it was a draw. I cut an access hatch with a jigsaw in the aluminum floor of my Winnebago once I got the heater out, and fitted a screwed & siliconed overlapping aluminum panel to the underside for future access. Honestly - it's a must. Now, everything is to hand, just like they should've made 'em in the first place. Anyways, great relay, fast shipment, and not expensive. If you need one, here's the place to get it.

Solved my problem
Old relay welded the contacts shut after 9 months of incessant cycling and I came home to a boiling and spewing hot water heater. Upon removal of the old relay I found the female spade connectors to be relatively loose. Squeezed them down with a pair of needle nose pliers, and installed the new relay. So far so good, water heater is back to proper functioning, and I don't hear anymore clicking from the relay
