Fits your trainers, large towel, 2L water bottle and cloths no problem. Loads of extra room but still compact. The shoulder strap is nasty cheap though and would be fine if it had a shoulder pad, other than that, perfect.

Easily fits shoes, gym joggers, t-shirt, towel, socks, flip flops, protein shaker, shampoo etc and room for some small additional items.

Shockingly bad quality. The strap has already come off.
