Easy to Install & Effective!!
My husband and I live in an old apartment in the city. Unfortunately, there was a huge gap under our front door. The gap was large enough that I could slide my flat hand under the door (see before picture). Our front door leads into a hallway but even so, cold air was coming in from the gap because the hallway is not heated and the outside door is located in the hallway. We also have had issues with insects coming under the gap and into our apartment. After reading many reviews, we ordered this "Huge Door Gap Draftstopper" to solve the door gap issues. We are very pleased with this product! (See after picture.) It was very easy to install... only took about 3 minutes! It created a finished look for the door in addition to being effective.First, I cleaned the bottom of the door where the adhesive would touch, my husband measured the length and cut off the excess material from the draftstopper. He used regular household scissors and was able to cut it easily. He removed the red tape from the adhesive part and placed the draftstopper on the door. The gap was approximately an inch large and the draftstopper covered the entire gap with ease. Also, he said the adhesive was very sticky. It came with a bunch of heavy duty tacks which he hammered into the door. Some reviewers said they didn't use the tacks because the adhesive was so strong but since they were included, we used them with our installation. The draft that was coming under the door ceased immediately! The draftstopper created a very tight seal. I am also confident that this will prevent the insects from getting in our apartment. We are happy with our purchase and would recommend this to others with door gap issues!

I use these as Balcony Dog Barrier for the Balcony Gap! Great!
The media could not be loaded. I have a small dog and I wanted to be safe that he doesn’t squeeze into the gap on the balcony floor. I was worried all the time, until I bought these.I use these as Balcony Dog Barrier for the Balcony Gap! It works great!I have a gap between the glass barrier of the balcony and the balcony floor. I have been looking for products which can cover that gap but they almost don’t exist. I couldn’t find anything on amazon that is directly made for that. Then I decided to try these and they work PERFECTLY!!! They are just wide enough to cover the gap and make it safe for any small dog or small pet to roam around the balcony by themselves. The product is super easy to use. Just take off the paper and it sticks to the surface by itself. It is very durable and sturdy. I have already had a winter storm, strong winds, and lots of rain on the balcony and these strips hold NO problem.I highly recommend it as pet safety barriers for the balcony gaps!

Did its intended job BUT
I bought this product with the intent of saving money of buying a new door, which I would take it as a win. Anyway for some odd reason the doors in my new house are 4 inches off the ground and there is a clear line of visibility under the door. For some background I have a sweet new baby girl, who for any reason, sees any form of light shining through in her room awakens. Now we have taken the ghetto route and lined the bottom of her door with shirts and towels to prevent the kraken from awakening which worked but again ghetto. Fast forward to buying this product... when it ships out it comes all rolled up.. so when installed there's not a perfect cut crease line so light can still shine through the bottom. I would still take this over the towels. 9/10

Effective Draft Blocker with a Secure Fit
This upgraded door draft stopper works exactly as described! The widened design seals larger gaps really well, keeping out drafts, dust, and even noise. It was easy to install, and the adhesive holds firmly without peeling off. I noticed an immediate difference in keeping the cold air out, especially on windy days. The material feels durable yet flexible, allowing the door to open and close smoothly. The white color blends in nicely with my door, making it barely noticeable. If you have a large gap under your door, this is a great solution—highly recommend!

Extremely pleased. Does EXACTLY what it says it does.
Super easy to install. Yes, it comes rolled up. I laid it out on the kitchen table for 20 minutes and it was laying flat and straight. I measure the width of the door, marked the strip using a square and used a pair of kitchen sheers to cut it to size.Cleaned the door with an alcohol wipe, made sure the strip was the correct length (I intentionally cut it a little long. Easier to trim than to add back on :-) )A quick trim and a test fit and then I pulled off the protective strip on the adhesive and put it in place. You don't want to have it pushed down hard against the floor. Just resting on it.It cut down the light coming in under the door, I think it reduced the noise a little bit, and it definitely cut down the draft I felt when the front door to the building is open.A little patience and common sense and it is easy to install and does as advertised.

Mine Came Arch-Shaped ~ A Struggle to Apply
I had purchased 2 of these for the my front exterior door as a quick fix for the 2” gap on the bottom. They arrived folded up and tightly wrapped so there are crease marks approx. every 10” which were bothersome, but not the real issue. The problem was both strips (white and black) were arched like a rainbow. Consequently, not only was it a struggle keeping them straight in order to measure and cut, but was also a struggle to apply to my door. The arch added an extra and completely unnecessary dimension of difficulty since I was already trying my best to keep the bottom of the strip a uniform literal hair above the entry rug to prevent dragging while trying to keep the overall bottom parallel with the floor. While doing this, I had to sync keeping the arched top straight and parallel as well. Luckily, they are very soft and flexible. In the end, being me, I achieved both functional and aesthetic success. I used alcohol wipes to clean the door and the hairdryer trick so they are adhering well so far. They also seem to be working to seal and keep the whistling wind out.Added note: I purchased the same style strips, different seller, for my other doors, and they laid perfectly straight once unfolded : <… so hopefully mine were just duds.
