Got two of these for christmas for our 6yr old twins. They both really liked them. The sound is really good. Pretty good gift for children

Picked this up to replace on I got for Christmas several years ago. It's really very nice. Bellows are very stiff, but will loosen up with use. Very clean little accordion.Buttons are better than other "kid" accordions I've tried. These don't get stuck inside when you press them all the way in. The strap is also better quality than the others. It's pleather, but it is better than the cheap vinyl strips! The book isn't great, but it has a few fairly easy songs in it..Would kinda like something more, though!Overall a really great accordion for a beginner or someone like me who likes to just piddle around with random instruments. It's super fun!

Its a toy and should be treated as such. With that,my son loves it and couldn't be happier. It comes with easy to understand instructions and some introductory songs to learn. Decent sound too.

To purchase a small, fully functioning accordion has long been a dream of mine; I just assumed I would need to sell my car or mortgage my home. When I saw this accordion online at such an inexpensive price the heavens opened up and I heard angels singing. And of course, their melodic voices were accompanied by the beautiful bellows of this sprightly accordion. A little about me as a consumer; my soul has polka engraved on it in a way that only an accordion can truly satisfy and this one has filled the accordion-sized void in my psyche that I never realized existed. It is seriously fantastic. Within minutes, I taught myself the songs in the song book and immediately began working on Beer Barrel Polka. Stop reading this review and click BUY NOW. My mother is finally proud of me and the newly formed neighborhood petition against accordions doesn't worry me at all.

My daughter loves music and has drums, flutes, a cello, etc. I surprised her with this little accordion and she loves it. It’s a toy but we’ll-made and it’s so different from other instruments that it keeps her interest. The instructions have only two songs but she’s figured out how to play other ones by herself.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for myself, an adult, intending to modify it to sound less like a toy and more like a real accordion, albeit a 7-button one. Would it be called a melodeon, then? 🙂Anyway. It’s tiny! But seems to be well-made and should last for many years. The bellows are super stiff initially. It took me a good hour of stretching them back and forth (ALWAYS USE THE AIR BUTTON WHEN DOING THIS!) before I could play much of a song, and I’m still hoping they loosen as I play.Modifications: I removed the reed plate and put a piece of tape on the bottom row of holes. YMMV, but this removed the fluty double sound (it’s called something specific, but I can’t remember what.) Replaced the reed bank, popped everything back together, and there you go. I also replaced the thumb strap with something more comfortable and will likely replace the hand strap as well, since it’s a bit tight.I’m definitely happy with my purchase. I may modify the appearance a little more, but for now, it will do. As the bellows loosen, I’ll be able to play the notes more smoothly.

Grandchildren love wide variety of musical instruments. Not this. Usually if one grandchild doesn't enjoy, another grabs it and has a blast. Again, not this. Gave 3 star since it does work properly and sounds okay sorta.Will update if something changes better or worse.
