Salese is made for people who suffer from dry mouth. Dentiva is not. Dentiva simply a dentifrice and breath freshener for anyone who is concerned with clean teeth, breath and cavities. They are made by the same company. Dentiva has 12 lozenges per box, like Salese.

Q: Can this be taken at bedtime and after toothbrushing without cavity concerns?

I am not sure about cavity concerns. This mint takes a very long time to dissolve. The texture is rubbery and slippery. I would not recommend taking it at bedtime.

Extra calcium in the lozenge ensures tooth remineralization, the final flourish in this lozenge that truly does it all. Zinc You know zinc is powerful in preventing the common cold, but did you know zinc can work magic on your bad breath? Volatile sulfur compounds (or vsc’s) are at the root of bad breath, and the zinc in Dentiva actually picks up those vsc’s to eliminate them.
