I know this strap is described as needing a screw, indeed it comes with one. As you can see from the attached pictures, I have found a workaround for that. Those groovy little 3M wall hooks. They make a small clear one you can barely see. If they eventually lose the sticky, just put another on. They don't damage the Uke and you don't have to be afraid of damaging your ukulele by drilling a hole in it.As to the strap, it's awesome. Well worth the money. The materials are of good quality and the stiches and seams all seem strong and well made. Again, use the screw or not, either way this strap is nice. Well made, adjustable and with the overall feel of a strap I will have for many years to come. I'd wager that over years the leather softens and so does the material and you get that well-worn but still beautiful strap that lasts for long enough that you love it. You love it so much that after you've spent years using it and it finally shows weakness you find yourself too attached to just buy a new one and toss it.So you buy a new one and grab some duct tape...you can get another 10 years outa that strap...Stay healthy and well good people.

I love this strap! It works perfectly on my Mandolin that has a bottom peg already, so no need to install. The fabric is exactly the same as what the case has! Looks like a set! The fabric is soft and fits nicely in the case attached to the mandolin. It is longer than I realized, which makes it adjustable for a wider range of people and desired holding height. Love it!

I recently bought an electric ukelele and when it is plugged into my amp, the cord weighs it down and makes it difficult to hold without a strap. So, I bought this strap to just hang around my neck, but this extends to be long enough to be used like a traditional guitar strap. The material is sturdy and soft on the skin. They include an extra strap button(?) and a leather strap for the neck mount. I really like the design and it works really well. I may pick up another for my other ukelele.

Finding a good strap is like a goldilocks event. Looking for the perfect one. I like a strap the is not to stiff, not to floppy, comfortable and looks nice. This one fits all of those criteria.

I liked the design. When I got it I was unsure if it would interfere with my left hand. The leather strap for the neck was a little thicker than I would have liked. It fit well and doesn’t interfere with my hand or change the frequency of the strings. Good quality and I expect it to last a long time.
