Perfect for my 1 year old!
Perfect little lunch box for my one year old for daycare! I love that there are 4 sections, so I can offer a variety of small portions. He can eat right out of it easily on his own, and the sections are perfect for his tiny hands and not too deep. It's easy to wash. I just wish the sections were fully sealed off so I could put yogurt in one without worrying about it leaking into the next section -- although I haven't actually tested it. The work around is a little silicone cup for anything liquidy. I started with a medium LunchBots, but ended up buying this small since the portions are perfect for his age right now.

Sturdy, non-toxic, easy to use
I bought this container as a replacement for a similar one I bought years ago (I think 2010, so it lasted 5 years with a lot of school lunch use, and now is a bit bent so the lid doesn't stay on as well -- we'll still use it). I think this one is even better -- the shape is improved (slightly bigger, more rectangular means things fit a bit better) and it doesn't have the colored paint or coating or whatever on the lid -- our older ones, though pretty, are peeling at this point. I love that I can throw them in the dishwasher and not worry about it deteriorating, or not getting fully clean. A great product -- a bit pricey, but it does last. I only wish there were as good a solution for wet foods, because they are not intended for that, and will leak.

Perfect for snacks to go
I love this little guy! It’s a pretty small container but fits a surprising amount of snacks. I’ve liked seeing the different variety of foods it can fit and was really surprised that I could get a whole bar in there! It seems very high quality and I can imagine it lasting a very long time, so it’s a great pantry investment. It would be great if it were leakproof, but I knew it wasn’t when I purchased it and it’s perfect for dry/solid snacks. The small spaces are perfect for treats that I don’t want to overeat and the larger ones are ideal for more hearty snacks. Definitely a snack container and not a meal container. So cute and fun!!

Cute lunch box!
Cute lunch box! It was smaller than I was expecting so that’s my bad for not checking the measurements but honestly it’s enough for a snack!! Easy to clean and fits anywhere. I would say the lid isn’t the sturdiest so I don’t believe it’s leak/proof but it holds hard goods well.

Perfect for Snack Packing a Variety of Foods for on the Go
I love the protein packer! I have almost every lunchbots bento container available and really like the pico size containers for carrying smaller portions of food. The protein packer has 4 compartments that are a good size for loose snack foods like nuts, seeds, fresh or dried fruits and various crunchie munchies. I love the size of the compartments which allow me to have a good amount of snack options for one person all in one container. I also like that I can pack separate foods individually together in one container. I use it most for having snacks on the go, like when in the car and between activities. I’d like to use it while hiking once the weather warms up as well since I prefer to use plastic as little as possible and don’t mind the extra weight of stainless. This container seems great for snack packing for both kids and adults. I also greatly appreciate the aesthetic of this and all lunchbots containers. The high quality material used, intentionality in personal food prep and final presentation of food offer a very pleasing and satisfying mealtime and snacking experience.

Compartments arent properly sealed
I bought this for my toddler’s snacks but was really disappointed when I opened it up and noticed that the juices released from his cut up blackberries had soaked his sandwich in the other section. This box would only really work for dry foods. I knew the lunch box wasn’t leak proof but I figured that meant the lid, not that the compartments didn’t adequately separate the contents from each other. Was planning to buy another when I first got this because I thought it was well built, but really disappointed to learn I can’t put most toddler friendly fruit in this. The juice run off from things like cut up berries or melon would soak whatever is in the other portions.

Kind of small
I think this product would be great for nuts and cheese and super small things like that. but, if your looking to put a whole meal in this bento it will not fit. The box itself is a little bigger than my hand (I have larger hands) so I would just keep that in mind when purchasing. The quality is great though

Perfect size child’s snack
The Lunchbots snack packer is the perfect size for my kindergarten’s daily school snack. Yes, it’s pricey. But we have made it through half the school year with just one. The whole thing goes in the dishwasher every night for use the next day. I love this little container. Easy enough for my five-year-old to open by himself.
