These little packets are amazing. Just add hot water and you have a cup of delicious miso that rivals what you might get in a Japanese restaurant. Just enough for a light lunch. And there are so many varieties.

Best instant miso soup I've had
The dashi is done perfectly. The amount of vegetables is generous. I will keep this in-house for days we can't make our own misoshiro.

Tasty but expired
I love the flavors, and how travel friendly these soups are. Unfortunately they were all two months past the expiration date when they arrived
