Minor cosmetic damage on the hinge, but that's honestly the only thing I could find an issue with. The computer itself functions fine, and is perfect for what I need it for. Hard drive isn't massive, but I've got tons of side storage. Bought a cool custom Gumdrop case for it, and I'm pretty much set. Overall, worthwhile purchase.

Best Purchase I have made from Amazon, I needed a dedicated Notebook PC for Financial Transaction while in Asia for three months, So for you cant go wrong in buying DELL products. The first thing I did is wipe off the crappy Windows 10 and replaced it with Linux Mint 22 then set up all the financial platforms I use discovering the unit had two very weak keys (the F and V) I know that the Vendor would have replaced this with no fuss but i was leaving in 2 days so I decided to just live with a few warts. For what I paid I could never give this a bad rating Super machine running Linux. The first day in Bangkok the battery Failed, no big deal its plugged into the wall all the time. I have since replaced the battery with one from Amazon. This is a amazing little note book for around 100 buck!

Product is garbage. So annoyed right now. It's plugged in and running off the power brick, but it is not charging the battery.Edit: So, I ordered another 3190 2-in-1 laptop with a 128 GB SSD, and discovered that the power supply on this first one is defective and won't charge the battery, because I tried the 2nd power supply from the 2nd laptop on it and it charged. I also discovered that the 64 GB SSD is not upgradeable and you're stuck with only 64 GB of drive space. I know this, because I bought a low-power 1 TB Patriot SSD to upgrade this laptop, only to find out it's not possible.For the same $99.99 price, go buy the 128 GB version of this laptop so you can install a larger SSD, like I did.

This review is for the Dell Latitude Touch 3190 2-in-1 PC Intel Quad Core up to 2.4Ghz 4GB 64GB SSD .The unexpected, the machine actually has 8gb of RAM, and a 120gb SSD.The machine arrived in short order. The machine looked like a new machine. No marks of any kind. The screen was in perfect condition as well.However, and this is the reason for only getting 4 stars, the battery in the machine was dead on arrival. A dead battery is never a good sign, and sure enough, the battery condition was only about 65% of new. Far lower than the 80% that is advertised.Other than the battery condition, this is a very nice machine. Having windows 11 installed, the machine should last for many years. Being a Dell, I suspect that the machine will have few issues.If you need a small, fairly well equipped inexpensive laptop, this model is a pretty safe bet IMO. Yes, I would buy again.

I am beyond pleased with my purchase. The laptop is more of a "notebook" size. Not an issue for me. I love that I can fold it and use the entire touch screen, makes it easier to take notes. It was clearly a classroom loaner, but it runs well, keeps a battery charge, and is so much fun to use.

Was very pleased with the refurbished laptop. Was everything it claimed, shipped on time and looks practically brand new. Works great too!

I'm very upset, this is my worst purchase ever. The battery is completely dead. It never moves from 1% no matter how long it's charged. The worst thing is that I'm leaving the country now and can't return it. Utterly disappointed.
